Returns:
Due to the nature of sealed products in the trading card game (TCG) industry, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at Support@cardarsenalcollectibles.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations:
Order cancellations may be requested prior to shipment and are subject to a 6% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing costs incurred at the time of purchase.

Pre-Order Policy – Card Arsenal Collectibles

Please read carefully before placing a pre-order:

When placing a pre-order or back-order through Card Arsenal Collectibles, please note that all items in your cart will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is released. For example, if your pre-order item is expected to ship in one month, the entire order—including any in-stock items—will ship at that time.

If you would like in-stock items to ship immediately, we recommend placing a separate order for those items. We do not offer partial shipments or partial order cancellations.

Payment:
All pre-order and back-order purchases are charged at the time of checkout. This includes purchases made with credit/debit cards or PayPal.

Cancellations:

We strive to process and ship all in-stock orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

• We currently ship within the United States.

• Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
